As you may know my trio have been performing with with the 'Shout at Cancer' choir. Last year filmmaker Bill Brummel made a documentary about the choir running up to one of our performances in west London and shows how important the choir is to their rehabilitation. We're very excited to see the film and hope you can join us at the premiere at Odean BFI IMAX in Waterloo on Sunday 2nd February. The film features some of my compositions which accompany readings and poetry written by the choir members. Ticket details can be found below on the link

“Can You Hear My Voice?” by award-winning filmmaker Bill Brummel, is a triumphant documentary about the arduous transition from life with a voice box, to one without. It’s told through the personal stories of members of Shout at Cancer, a distinctive choir in the UK. The choir is made up of individuals who, because of various throat cancers, have their voice boxes surgically removed in a life-altering surgery called a total laryngectomy.
