Zara McFarlane recording session

Earlier this week I spent 2 days recording with Zara McFarlane's band at Soup Studios in East London. Really excited to play Zara's new material which will be available in 2017. Jazz Concerto Grosso Performance

In April 2016 I was featured guest for the performance of a Jazz Concerto Grosso written by composer Nathan Theodoulou. The music was commissioned for members from the National Orchestra for All and Jazz Trio (myself on piano alongside two exceptionally talented young musicians: Andrew Hudson on bass, Romarna Campbell on drums). It was a wonderful occasion and a thrill to play with such a large ensemble who delivered something really quite special. Bravo!
